When I will receive my order?
Once the placed order has been manufactured or if it is available in our stock, we ship it to our customers through DHL Express which takes approximately 3 to 7 days all over the world and the other method is Standard Shipping which takes 5 to 30 days approximately.
When a customer places an order on our website we process it in 1 to 3 days, in case we don’t have in our stock, in this case we pass through it to our manufacturing/making units and after Being manufactured (depending on your order’s quantity and items mechanical preparation required time) we send it to our Customer/Clients as soon as possible without any delay. It also depends on countries postal system and arrangements, distance and sometimes customs department of clients countries. Please note, these are only estimates but we try our best to send you as soon as possible.
What happens if my order get stuck or lost in the mail?
All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking (We send tracking code of placed order by customers soon after being shipped). Please see our return and refund policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
Will I be charged for customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our website are tax free in some countries, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related custom fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination (it depends if your govenment charges the taxes on heath related instruments). which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
